We believe your patient experience continues until you are satisfied with way we handle your insurance and remaining bill payments. We accept a broad range of insurance plans, and we file primary and secondary insurance claims for patients who provide complete and accurate insurance information.
Self-Pay Options
We work with patients who need to cover the cost of their treatment on a private pay basis—because a lack of insurance coverage or a high deductible shouldn’t dictate the quality of your care. We do offer special pricing for patients who do not have insurance or choose not to file their insurance.
Pay Online (eStatement)
Paying your healthcare bill is easy with eStatement. View payment history and eStatements 24/7. Now, make online payments on the go from your mobile device, including your iPhone or iPad.
Please note that you will need the Account Number and Patient Date of Birth to pay online.
Perks of creating an online account:
Receive Statements via Email - When you register for the email statement notification process, you will be asked to register and provide a valid email address. Once your email address is verified, you can begin using eStatement. This site allows you to manage your account alleviating the necessity to call our Billing Office for such things as updating insurance information, getting a copy of your statement, and more.
View Statements Online - Online Statements are convenient, secure, and reduce clutter. Online Statements look and function just like paper statements, and you can access them anywhere and anytime you access the internet.
View Payment History Online - Any payments made online are available on eStatement’s portal. However, payments made by directly calling the into the Radiology Consultants’ Billing Office will not show on the eStatement portal.
Print Statements & Payment History - With online statement capability there is no need to keep a paper file of your past and present statements. However, e-Statement gives you the option of printing a statement if the need arises.
Manage Payment Options - Payment Settings allows you to choose a default credit card, add a new credit card or review or change your billing address.
