What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, personal and cashiers checks and cash.

We’re committed to working with patients who need to cover the cost of their treatment on a private pay basis—because we believe a lack of insurance coverage or a high deductible shouldn’t keep you from receiving care.

Why am I being billed by Radiology Consultants when I paid the hospital?

There are two parts of a Radiology test:

Technical Component: the portion billed by the facility where the equipment is located (the hospital or clinic where you had the study/procedure performed).

Professional Component: the portion billed by the physician that performs and/or interprets the study and reports the finding(s) to your referring physician.

If your study was done at Radiology Consultants Medical Towers 1 Office, you will receive one combined bill.

Can I pay online?

Yes! For your convenience, we offer an eStatement option, which allows you to sign up to view, pay and/or print your statements all from the convenience of your own computer.

What types of insurance do you accept?

We file with most insurance companies (with the exception of out of state Medicaid). Note, the individual insurance company and your policy coverage determine the amount paid to us.

If you provide complete and accurate information about your insurance, we will submit claims to your insurance carrier and receive payments for services. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance, or other deductible amounts. Most insurance plans allow the radiology provider to assist with the pre-authorization process.

Why are you billing me since I have insurance?

Your insurance information is sent over to the Radiology Consultants’ Billing Office from the facility where your study was performed. If you receive a statement, there is either an issue of missing information or a balance left by your insurance company. If you have any questions, please call one of our Patient Relations Representatives at 501-227-5130 and they will be happy to assist you.

Can I pay over the phone?

Yes. You can call our office and either pay through our automated system or speak with one of our Patient Relations Representatives.
